These terms apply to the use of NorScout's software-as-a-service (SaaS) platform. By creating an account and using our services, you accept these terms.

NorScout provides access to a database of Norwegian companies, enrichment tools, and related features. We strive to provide up-to-date and accurate information by searching the web and public registers in real-time.

Our services are offered through various subscription plans. Enrichment actions consume 'credits'. Detailed pricing and credit usage are available on our pricing page. Subscriptions are billed monthly in advance.

Subscriptions run on a monthly basis with no long-term commitment. You can cancel your subscription at any time, effective at the end of the current billing period.

While we strive for high accuracy, NorScout aggregates data from public sources and the web. We cannot guarantee 100% accuracy or coverage for every data point. The service is provided 'as is'.

You are responsible for using the data retrieved from NorScout in compliance with applicable laws, including GDPR and marketing regulations. You must ensure you have legal grounds for contacting individuals or companies found through our service.

NorScout is not liable for indirect losses, lost profits, or damages arising from the use or inability to use our services. Our total liability is limited to the amount paid by you in the last 12 months.

NorScout retains all rights to the platform and software. You retain rights to your specific search criteria and lists created within the platform.

We process personal data in accordance with our Privacy Policy. By using NorScout, you agree to our data processing practices.

Any disputes shall be settled amicably. If not possible, the dispute shall be governed by Norwegian law and settled in Norwegian courts.
